Dr. Andy Ansola

FOUNDER/PRESIDENT/CEO

Dr. Andy Ansola is the visionary Founder/ President/CEO of Hearts Flow Inc., a remarkable nonprofit organization dedicated to making a positive impact on communities worldwide since 2000. Dr. Ansola is a former Trinidad and Tobago police officer/detective with a deep-rooted passion for social change and justice, and a relentless passionate drive to help those in need. Dr. Ansola has led Hearts Flow Inc. to become a beacon of hope and support for countless individuals facing adversity. Dr. Ansola is also C.S. Lewis Fellow.

Under his compassionate leadership, the organization has implemented various initiatives, ranging from the reduction of homelessness through education, awareness, and advocacy, and assisting those struggling with addiction and mental health challenges. Dr. Ansola's unwavering commitment to creating a better world has not only inspired his team, but has also garnered recognition and support from donors and partners worldwide.

Dr. Ansola is responsible for oversight of the multi-faceted operations. Dr. Ansola has over 40 years of proven executive management experience; and has been an advocate for the poor, the needy, and the underserved communities in South Florida since his relocation from Brooklyn New York in 1992.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Heartsflow Inc, Omnia plays a critical role in shaping and overseeing the strategic direction of HeartsFlow. With her extensive experience in program management and community engagement, Omnia brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and the communities we serve. Omnia is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Heartsflow Inc, including all programs, operations, and administrative functions. Her main focus is to ensure that the organization is operating effectively and efficiently, and that Heartsflow Inc is meeting its mission to support those in need within the community.

Omnia's dedication to service and commitment to making a difference in her community are at the core of her work at Heartsflow Inc. She is passionate about creating meaningful and sustainable change, and is always looking for ways to improve and scale the organization's impact. Her leadership and contributions have been instrumental in expanding Heartsflow Inc's programs and reach, and she has been a key driver in the organization's continued success.
