Andy Ansola PhD

FOUNDER/PRESIDENT/CEO

With over 30 years of executive management experience, Dr. Ansola has remained steadfast in his mission to drive positive change, ensuring that those in need receive the support and opportunities they deserve. Since relocating from Brooklyn, New York, to South Florida in 1992, he has been a tireless advocate for the poor, the underserved, and marginalized communities.

Andy Ansola is the visionary Founder, President, and CEO of Hearts Flow Inc., a dynamic nonprofit organization that has been transforming lives and uplifting communities worldwide since 2000. With an unwavering commitment to social justice and humanitarian outreach, Dr. Ansola has dedicated his life to serving those in need.

A Scotland Yard-trained detective in Forensic Science, Dr. Ansola brings a unique blend of investigative expertise, leadership, and a deep-rooted passion for advocacy. Under his guidance, Hearts Flow Inc.’s outpatient services have become a beacon of hope, providing critical support to individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges through education, awareness, and strategic advocacy initiatives.

In addition to his nonprofit leadership, Dr. Ansola is a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Grief, Loss, and Healing. His work focuses on guiding individuals through the complexities of trauma, bereavement, and emotional recovery. His compassionate approach provides support to those struggling with life’s most difficult challenges, helping them find healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.

Dr. Ansola has also served as a Consultant in HR Management with a specialty in Staff Improvement and Development. His former clients include, but are not limited to, Calabar, Nigeria; the National Carnival Bandleaders Association in Trinidad and Tobago; Broward Caribbean Carnival; Friends of Children Lauderhill; Miami Behavioral Service Project HOPE; Precision in Pembroke Pines; Prestige Printing Miramar; and several faith-based organizations.

Dr. Ansola is also a C.S. Lewis Scholar, an Ordained Minister, and a Character Coach for the Florida Memorial University Men’s Basketball Team. His primary goal is to disciple the team, instilling strong Christian values, leadership skills, and resilience in young athletes, helping them grow both spiritually and personally. Through mentorship and faith-based guidance, he fosters a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence—both on and off the court.

A visionary leader in cultural and community development, Dr. Ansola served as the President and CEO of Broward Caribbean Carnival, where he played a pivotal role in successfully merging Miami Carnival into what is now known as One Carnival. His contributions to cultural unification and economic development in South Florida have earned him widespread recognition as a mover and shaker in the region, along with numerous awards for his leadership and service.

As a Motivational Speaker, he has delivered powerful messages at local, national, and international levels. In 2009, he served as one of the keynote speakers in Calabar, Nigeria, inspiring large-scale event organizers with innovative strategies and emerging trends.

Academically, Dr. Ansola graduated Valedictorian with his Bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas University in Miami Gardens, Florida, demonstrating his lifelong commitment to excellence in education and leadership.

Dr. Ansola is also a published author with his book Spiritual Addiction Blogs available on Amazon. The book explores the intersection of faith and recovery, providing insights on overcoming spiritual and emotional struggles through personal reflection and growth. Dr. Ansola will soon be launching his new book, HeartsFlow of Emotions, which shares his emotional experiences in transforming to American culture.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Ansola is a devoted family man. He has been happily married to his wife, Karen, for 32 years and is a proud father of seven and grandfather of eight. He cherishes spending quality time with his family, recognizing the importance of strong relationships and deep connections.

In his free time, Dr. Ansola enjoys sports, with a particular passion for table tennis and basketball. Whether mentoring young athletes, advocating for the underserved, or enjoying a friendly game of table tennis, his dedication to fostering personal and community transformation remains unwavering.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Heartsflow Inc, Omnia plays a critical role in shaping and overseeing the strategic direction of HeartsFlow. With her extensive experience in program management and community engagement, Omnia brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and the communities we serve. Omnia is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Heartsflow Inc, including all programs, operations, and administrative functions. Her main focus is to ensure that the organization is operating effectively and efficiently, and that Heartsflow Inc is meeting its mission to support those in need within the community.

Omnia's dedication to service and commitment to making a difference in her community are at the core of her work at Heartsflow Inc. She is passionate about creating meaningful and sustainable change, and is always looking for ways to improve and scale the organization's impact. Her leadership and contributions have been instrumental in expanding Heartsflow Inc's programs and reach, and she has been a key driver in the organization's continued success.
